Are you continuing to take care of your skin this Summer? Good job; I knew you could do it and I’m proud of you. Let’s not stop there. Keep the same energy for your nightly skincare routine as you have for your morning skincare routine. Although it varies slightly my nightly skincare routine is just as, if not more, important as my morning skincare routine. Earlier this year I started having breakouts that left me with dark spots once healed. It was so severe that it began to make me self-conscious! Not wanting to start wearing heavy makeup to conceal the blemishes, I knew I had to invest in a…

Not only was I suffering from breakouts, when the acne would heal I was left with dark spots. It was beyond frustrating and…

  • My Wash ‘N Go Hair Routine

If you’ve ever talked hair with me then you know I am a die-hard fan of the wash ‘n go routine for my curls. It is my holy grail, my signature, my staple. What is a wash ‘n go you ask? Technically it means you wash your hair, put your products in it and go about your day. For me it’s easy, it saves my hair from heat damage and I don’t have to manipulate my hair in order to style it. On the days that I wash my hair, I apply a leave-in conditioner, an oil (or a cream with oils in it), and a gel. In that order.…
